CENSE acts as a digital cockpit: it automatically collects incoming and outgoing flows (supplier invoices, receipts, payments), consolidates them, and helps us build your company’s accounting position in real time. This native integration between the management platform and the approved platform prevents any data dispersion.

The platform is 100% cloud‑based, accessible via a simple web browser and a mobile app. It reduces repetitive tasks and the risk of error, offering real‑time visibility over your activity: cash flow, financial monitoring, accounting documents. A legally compliant digital safe stores all documents in a secure space accessible at any time.

CENSE adapts to each company’s preferred tools. Clients may keep their existing invoicing software, provided it meets regulatory standards: CENSE will automatically retrieve the flows and integrate them into the accounts. For those who wish, additional services can be activated: invoicing, cash flow, expense reports, as well as integrated bank accounts and payment methods.

The basic version of the CENSE platform will be made available free of charge to our clients so they can become compliant without any additional cost. For companies wishing to go further, subscription offers ranging from €9 to €99 will provide access to extended functionalities.
